Q: My order/product arrive leaking. What should I do?
A: Please check your order thoroughly upon arrival and inspect for any damage or disturbance. If your item has been seriously compromised, depleted or broken, please let us know so we may exchange it for you as soon as possible. See Shipping & Delivery in Terms & Conditions, Section D. We do our very best to package, wrap & seal our goods to the best of our abilities to prevent any damage or harm to your order. Unfortunately, that is not always enough. Shipping variables such as altitude change or disruption of packaging material en transit may be responsible for leaking products or damaged items.
Q: How do I customize my order?
A: To customize an order, simply order your items of choice (including those you wish to customize). During check out, add a note To Us describing the customization you are requesting. If you are unable to add a note before your order confirmation, you may email us at Support@wholelifeandservices.com. Please include your Name, Order #, best form of Contact, and customization request. Request for customizing orders or products must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Q: Does a custom order cost more?
A: Whole Life & Services tries to fulfill custom order requests free of charge to the best of our abilities. However, the fee for a customized order is dependent on the request itself and additional goods or time used to fulfill the request. Additional charges may apply. If a customization request is eligible for an additional fee, Whole Life & Services will contact you immediately regarding the custom estimate, correspondence, payment of custom fee, and confirmation. Custom requests within 24 hours becomes necessary as to not delay the production of your order.
Q: How long does it take to make my order? Can I request an expedited order?
A: Standard processing time is two weeks prior to shipping. This is due to our commitment to filling all orders as Made to Order; a craft not seen or experienced by many outside of Small Shops & family businesses. Whole Life & Services accepts expedited requests contingent upon order size and Holiday Seasons. To request expedited service, during check out, add a note To Us requesting expedited service. If you are unable to add a note before your order confirmation, you may email us at Support@wholelifeandservices.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your Name, Order #, best form of Contact, and request for expedited service and we will respond with our ability to expedite process & fee. Q: I have never used essential oils before. How will I know what to do with the blends I bought?
A: Not to worry! We made sure you to provide you with all the tools you need to use our exclusive essential oil blends safely, effectively, and with confidence (regardless of your personal experience or knowledge for essential oils). Every essential oil blend comes with a detailed set of Instructions for Use, Ingredients and Cautionary Disclaimer right on the bottle. Because our essential oil blends are formulated for everyday use, they are adequately diluted with carrier oils for age appropriate use. This means they may be used as needed without worry of using too much!
Q: The products I ordered don’t resemble those pictured on the website. Was there a mix up?
A: In an attempt to find the most sustainable and environmentally friendly sources for our products 24/7, some items may be different than those pictured. We are constantly improving to minimize our commerce & carbon footprint through our brand. Our packaging may change, labels may evolve and product list may expand, but rest assured these are improvements to the goods you love! Sizes and quantities will remain the same, unless otherwise noted.
Q: My product has began to separate and has a different consistency from when it first arrived. What is wrong?
A: Products by Whole Life & Services are made with natural, pure, and organic ingredients. There are no “fillers”, additives, soluble perfumes, or synthetic preservatives. This makes them susceptible to slight variations in color, natural separation, discoloration, settling, bits of bounty herbs & flowers and even expiration. This is completely normal for all natural products without artificial preservatives. If you notice separation has occurred, shake well prior to use and store all products in a cool, dry space. See Terms & Conditions Section A for more details.
Q: Are products and goods by Whole Life & Services Organic?
A: Products by Whole Life & Services are made with natural, pure, fair trade and organic ingredients. However, because we are still a small & humble family-owned Wellness Company, certification for our products to be labeled as USDA Organic is a future goal of ours. In the meantime, rest assured we hand select the purest and highest quality organic ingredients to make the best all natural products for you & your family. We are constantly striving to become more sustainable and obtainable for everyone.
